Tonya and Charlie's Saturday o' Fun!

Our Saturday O' Fun began with a wonderful sleeping in followed by FREE PIZZA at San Fransico Oven. Yes FREE. We will truly miss Parkside at Firewheel (our apartment). We not only get discounts at select restaurants in Firewheel Mall, but the C.A.R.E.S. team has occasional get togethers which usually includes free food of some kind. We met some great people and got to hang a while.

When then proceeded to the DART rail and rode down to Mockingbird station for the afternoon. We walked around several shops and ventured over to the upscale consignment shop called Revente'. Let me tell you, I am so a fan of this shop. I found 6 desgner pieces of clothing for 60 bucks including a Donna Karen New York formal dress. It was awesome. I thought of Katy Link and her coupons. I totally hit the jackpot at the 70% off rack. Totally going back.

After much shopping, we got tired and thought we would ride the DART back up a few stops and go the Northpark mall. However, we realized we had gotten on the wrong train and went to White Rock instead... whoops. So, we switched trains and headed back and decided that food sounded pretty good. We ate at Trinity Hall Irish pub where we watched European soccer and had rack of lamb. Mmm... delicious. Then we headed back on the train giggling and enjoying the day and decided that we needed to top of the excursion with Bahama Buck's. MM... good.
